Business Analyst Manager

  • Placement: Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan) 
Job Description
  • Responsible to manage the department in carrying out daily tasks perform business analysis required by the company. 
Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to review the company’s performance against internal standards and external standards. 
  • Conduct a review of the allocation of capital funds for individual projects based on business strategic plan that has been approved. 
  • Assist other departments in conducting a review on the evaluation of specific projects that will be presented to the investment committee. 
  • Preparing the presentation of data to be submitted to the BOD / investment committee based on guidelines from strategic planning & business analyst.

Job Description
  • Responsible to manage budget preparation and control of expenditure requests as well as financial reporting & review. 
Job Responsibilities
  • Ensuring good corporate budgeting short-term, medium, and long-term. 
  • Conduct a review of the allocation of capital funds for individual projects based on business strategic plan that has been approved. 
  • Ensure the implementation of withdrawal in accordance with the budget and procedures.

Job Description
  • Responsible to coordinator of the administration of accounting and reporting related to the fulfillment of tax obligations and in accordance with the company’s fiscal rules and applicable legislation. 
Job Responsibilities
  • Implement validation and control of any payment requests from all departments. 
  • Validate the calculation of the tax on a transaction. 
  • Processing the journal transaction and inputting into the system. 
  • Validation and control over the payment of taxes.

Job Description
  • Responsible to provide additional information beyond standard financial reporting format to support and provide reports as required. 
Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare a management discussion and analysis which is an analysis of financial statements every month. 
  • Make regular reports to Bapepam and the Stock Exchange of each month. 
  • Support data / other information necessary.

  • Responsible to supervise revegetation business activities, ranging from activities Nursery, Planting, Maintenance and Monitoring
Job Responsibilities
  • Planning needs of nursery seedlings in terms of the number and type of seed. 
  • Planting plan activities (pioneer plant, inserts plant and cover crops plant). 
  • Oversee procurement activities in nursery seedlings. 
  • Planning manpower requirements for each activity.

Job Description 
  • Responsible to implement geological modeling process and computation resources based on geological data and the progress of mining, control and monitoring of the geological model in opening pits.

  • Make a general correlation for the initial exploration plan. 
  • To evaluate and make a plan exploration in the area responsibility. 
  • Processing geological modeling after gets data validation results from Geology Analyzer.
