Electrical / Instrument Technician - Palembang

Roles & Responsibility
  • Responsible for performing more advanced maintenance and repair work on electrical systems.
  • Serving as a lead to staff; assigning and monitoring work; providing direction; operating, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting and repairing electrical components, systems and equipment; performing inspections and confirmations on various electrical system.
  • This position for both in Offshore and Onshore Operations, will be working in rotational work schedule of 14 day work shifts and with nominal 12 hours working day.
Required Qualification
  • Minimum of Diploma 3 (D3) degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences.

Field Production Technician - Jakarta

Roles & Responsibility
  • In general to support Production Engineer and Field Production Engineer work activity in the field.
  • Support Well Intervention works readiness review, including the equipment availability, access condition, and coordination works required to the related functions in the field.
  • Conduct Well Performance survey, such as: Static Gradient Survey, Fluid level shoot (Echometer), and Sucker Rod Pump performance survey (Dynometer run). 
  • Update Daily production and water injection report.
  • Witness Well Intervention activity (Well Service, Workover, Data Gathering jobs, etc), and update the activity report.
  • Update / Review Wellbore / Mechanical Status.
  • Review Well Tracking Failure report at post DHPS / Rod Job / ESP Service.
  • Support FPE in the coordination works for the routine Well Integrity inspection program.
  • Gather well performance data from ESP wells to be reviewed by PE / FPE. 
  • Together with FPE for well troubleshooting and visit the location.
Required Qualification
  • Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of industry experience related to oil production operations or well surveillance.
  • Having production engineering experience with an anchor skill in operations, or artificial lift and well workovers.

Integrated Planner - Jakarta

Basic Purpose
  • To manage independently the overall OEE integrated planning process and implementation to support delivery of Offshore and Onshore Operations’ business objectives and goals.
  • To lead the activities integration and prioritization efforts, and work with various sections within COPI OEE as well as Operations to develop a fully integrated and prioritized plan(s).
  • Responsible for engaging OEE members in managing the operational constraints, track and control planning performances, and lead integrated planning improvement efforts.
Roles & Responsibility
  • To independently manage the integrated planning process and implementation for all OEE sections; ensure the planning process is followed rigorously.
  • Coordinate activities inputs from various OEE sections (Marine & Subsea, Performance & Services, Engineering Excellence, Maintenance Engineering, Asset Integrity, Competency & Training), optimize against Operations requirements, lead prioritization effort and produce a fully integrated and prioritized plan in timely manner i.e. 24-Month Plan and 30-Day Plans.
  • Monitor progress / performance of the integrated plan, produce and analyze planning performance indicators and recommend corrective measures.
  • Lead planning knowledge sharing between within OEE.
  • Active Network of Excellence (NoE) participations and ready to take up role as Integrated Planning NoE Core Team Member.

Required Qualification

  • Strong knowledge in at least one of the planning areas: projects planning, shutdown planning, maintenance planning, or integrated planning.

Laboratory Technician - Jakarta

Roles & Responsibility
  • Seek data via sampling work to get performance of plant
  • Perform sampling directly from plant (life plant) & analysis sample in every required stream / fluid such as natural gas, condensate / crude oil, lube oil, soil, water and also new chemical / substance.
  • Produce report and documented in database system
  • Optimize sampling analysis to accommodate several purpose
  • Handling Laboratory waste by collecting, counting, packaging, prepare waste manifest & coordinate with waste coordinator for disposal
  • Perform calibration & standardization for all laboratory instruments to get high reliable & accuracy analysis
  • Controlling availability of Laboratory consumable material such as chemical, reagent & liquid / solid standard
  • Understand & familiar to operate existing Laboratory instruments
  • Familiar with laboratory standard
Principal Accountability
  • Perform sampling and analysis of crude oil / condensate, natural gas, amine, glycol, produced water / water, lube oil, gas emission and other samples in order to support onshore operation to maintain good processing plant 
  • Perform calibration for instruments / analyzers in order to get reliable & accuracy analysis result
  • Perform sampling and analyses of samples for environmental monitoring (RKL / RPL) such as produced water, effluent water, drainage water, gas emission also spot sample related to environmental issue. 
  • Perform simulation / study or special analysis (bottle test) to support onshore operation for trouble shoot and prior implemented in the plant. 
  • Perform sampling & analysis for quality control purpose for new chemical product delivered by vendor prior received by WHS such as diesel fuel, gasoline, glycol & amine
  • Prepare laboratory analysis report & documented in database system 
  • Maintain instruments / analyzers are working properly
  • Handling Laboratory waste by collecting, counting, packaging, prepare waste manifest & coordinate with waste coordinator for disposal
  • Make sure all sample receive in Laboratory is recorded & labeling
  • Prepare packaging, labeling & attached document needed for all samples will be sent to outside Laboratory
  • Make sure stock consumable reagent & chemical is available in Laboratory

Basic Purpose
  • Mechanical Technician is responsible for providing execution to each of the Mechanical Maintenance activities, to ensure that the maintenance activities are properly executed.
Principal Accountability
  • High safety responsibility to himself, co-workers, plant and associated equipment, and also participates in all company HSE Programs as required.
  • Improve individual skills by following Training and Competency Program in order to acquire the required competency requirements.

  • Taking of and analyzing readings of process for rotating and / or stationary equipment accurately.
  • Executes routine mechanical maintenance tasks and routine mechanical troubleshooting of process plant & equipment in accordance to the written procedures and company core values to maintain high reliability of the plant and to detect loss production capabilities and critical unsafe situations in order to be reported to the line supervisor in timely manner.
  • Contributes as a team member in maintenance and operations daily activities to maintain production in safest possible manner

Onshore Drilling Business Analyst - Jakarta

Roles & Responsibility
  • To fulfill a position in Business Analysis group in order to ensure ConocoPhillips Indonesia having sufficient / proper analysis and control by:
  • Activity based budgeting - conduct activity based budgeting to deliver good quality result of Long Range Planning
  • Major Forecast - manages actual cost and provides accuracy in current year major forecast
  • Implement monthly cost management and review process related to the approve budget - understand onshore drilling cost structure and ensure that related function use appropriate charge code, deliver monthly variance analysis, provide cost report for Onshore Drilling Leadership team
  • Accrual, Adjustment, Asset PIS, AUC Monitoring- prepare accrual based on information related to goods already received or services which has been utilized so cost can be book properly, prepare adjustment load sheet (if any) to record the cost the appropriate cost center or WBS element, conduct AUC monitoring and provide information on asset Place In Service so depreciation can be booked on time, assist drilling team and AFE team to managed Drilling AFE e.g. provide appropriate WBS up to provide data for cost reconciliation and AFE closed out process
  • Assist Audit Management group in coordinating and conducting data collection for external auditors / government in Onshore Drilling area
  • Become Finance single point of contact in Onshore Drilling department
Required Qualification

Onshore Safety Engineer - Jakarta

Basic Purpose
  • Conduct Management of all activities related to the various Safety Cases required for the assigned asset.
  • Provision of safety engineering and major accident hazard management advice in support of both ongoing COPI business operations and the operations integration of new developments.
  • Ensure all designs, changes curing projects, and construction meet standards and that risk acceptance criteria is met.
  • Provide support to operations and projects to modify equipment and design.
  • Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the Safety Case(s) relevant to the assigned asset(s) in accordance with COPI guide and Indonesian Regulations including the following:
    • Ensuring that the appropriate Design, Operations and Combined Operations Safety Cases are prepared in compliance with statutory requirements and COPI standards;
    • Ensuring that the Safety Case(s) are reviewed and approved by appropriate personnel;
    • Maintenance of the Safety Cases, including minor amendments, material changes and statutory updates;
    • Ensuring that the workforce is informed and involved in the preparation and maintenance of the Safety Case(s) and is consulted about changes to their content or structure;
  • Day to day liaison and communication with the HSE regarding the Safety Case(s);
  • Defining costs and resources required for Safety Case preparation and maintenance and ensuring that this information is provided to the Operations Management in the case of an existing asset or the COPI Project Manager in the case of a new facility:Continuous improvement and development of the Safety Case;Maintenance of the Safety Case Action Register (SCAR) for the assigned asset;Management of major accident hazards through development and maintenance of living QRA models for the asset;Implementation of procedures and tools for Safety Case management and the management of major accident hazards;
  • Responsible for the provision of safety engineering advice in connection with Safety Case issues, modification and / or development of the assigned asset(s);
  • Responsible for performing the process of Formal Safety Assessment for both of COPI existing assets and new facility development.
  • Accountable for Compliance Assurance budgets for the assigned asset(s);
  • Responsible for liaison with the Technical Integrity unit with respect to verification schemes and the Performance Standards for Safety Critical Elements;
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities within COPI business for the continuous improvement of the management of major accident hazards, safety cases and workforce consultation

Risk Management Analyst - Jakarta

Roles & Responsibility
  • To provide extensive and complete analysis on the COPI assets and other COP JV by providing the comprehensive database by performing accurate and reasonable data, and create relationship with other related business units for annual insurance coverage.
  • To assist the Team Lead Insurance & Risk Management by providing summaries evaluation on the insurance policies between COPI and other COP JV.
