What is DanYouth?
- An integrated Future Leader Hunt of Danone Indonesia through Danone Young Social Entrepreneur & Management Trainee STAR. We call it "DanYouth Day", it is an event that will give you presentation about Danone from the Top Management in Danone. In this day, candidates who are eligible to come after passing the CV screening, come and have a written test ini the 1st Day & interview in the 2nd Day for Management Trainee STAR Danone. In 2012, we received approximately 7000 outstanding applicants that are passionate to join Danone during our roadshow to 5 cities in Indonesia.

MT Star Requirements
- Graduated student from reputable University (Minimum Bachelor Degree or S1)
- Fresh graduate or working experience are welcome
- Any discipline / major are welcome
- GPA minimum 3.0 from scale 4.0
- Fluent in English (Preferable TOEFL paper based 500, TOEFL iBT 61, IELTS 6, TOEIC 790)
- Strong leadership skill & having series of organization activities
- Excited to be assigned to Danone sites all over Indonesia
