Supervisor External Relations
Requirements:
- Strata 1 in public communication degree with 3 years experience in related field.
- Trained in the fields of communications, public relations, effective writings and problem solving.
- Have knowledge in laws concerning government prevailing regulations and law.
- Well- understood on local culture and norms.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, to be able to prepare communicative and comprehensive reports on related issues & matters.
- Proactive, discipline, hospitable, friendly, loyal and highly dedicated.
- Carry out specific tasks and work being assigned by Superintendent and Manager.
Requirements:
- S1 degree in any related discipline with at least 3 years experience or Diploma with at least 5 years experience.
- Computer literacy including knowledge in Advance Contract Administration system.
- Sound knowledge of natures of contracts and contract drafting.
- Knowledge of filing system, database system, and general contractual issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (oral & written) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Good planning and organizing skill and good manpower management and supervision as required.
- Knowledge of Ellipse System (not essential).
