- Min S1 in an Engineering discipline (Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical)
- Min. GPA 2.75 (4 scale)
- Fresh Graduate
- Max. 26 years old
- Fast learner and good analytical thinking
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Willing to be placed in Purwakarta, West Java
