The Company operates as a part subsidiary company of G-Resources, a leading gold mining and explorer in Asia Pacific from Hong Kong. In Indonesia, the Company operated in Martabe Gold and Silver Mine, located in North Sumatra.

To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, PT Agincourt Resources is now pleased to invite applications for the following role:

Mechanical Trades ? Fitter/Trainer (PRO 0123)

Requirements
  • Graduated from Polytechnic / Technical training institute or approved Apprenticeship with Mechanical (Fitter) qualifications.
  • Must have the ability to perform basic welding/ fabrication tasks.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant mineral processing plant experience with Crushing, Grinding equipment demonstrating good knowledge of mechanical installation/ alignment procedures. 
  • Must have a reasonable understanding of the English language and be able to communicate both written and spoken.
  • Must be able to complete PM?s accurately and ensure they are returned to the Planning Department
  • Must be able to report defects to their Supervisor in a timely manner to ensure appropriate action is taken.
  • Possess a valid recognised Driver?s licence
  • Broad based comprehensive experience with Mechanical maintenance, problem-solving and inspection processes. Experience with commissioning Gold Plant Processing equipment preferred not essential)
  • Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards within the mineral processing industry and the ability to write JSEA?s for their tasks incorporating risk management.
  • Must be able to interpret mechanical engineering drawings and communicate to others.
  • Ability to follow ?Safe Working Procedures? and assist in development.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Internet.
  • Superior work ethic, be able to effectively communicate with all staff and display a high degree of respect for the local people and their culture
Deputy Manager IT & Systems (IT 0121)

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Finance or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in IT or Finance, preferably in a mining environment. 5 years experience required with responsibility for IT Infrastructure and Business Systems at a managerial level.
  • Proven track record in the development of technology systems to support a growing mining operation.
  • ERP Administration, Training and Deployment Experience (PRONTO preferred)
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Have the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong ability to work independently while being an integral team member
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Microsoft Server and Cisco Network Certifications would be highly regarded 
Mechanical Trades ? Boilermaker/Trainer (PRO 0122)

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to perform basic mechanical tasks.

Industrial Hygiene Senior Supervisor (HSE 0127)

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in OHS or relevant
  • Minimum 5 years experience in OHS related role in mining industry
  • Attend related OHS training in mining industry
  • Proficient with Ms. Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point and Access)
  • Familiar with HSE Inspection and Audit
  • Able to work independently and or within teamwork and under pressure
  • Confident leader and mentor with minimum supervision
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbal in English and Bahasa
