Position Overview
- Ensure Wide Area Network, Local Area Network, PABX and other networking devices in ASEAN Business Unit are performing at predefined service level that meet the business needs and meet security standards of The Coca-Cola Company. Lead with the Life Cycle Management of these technologies ensuring a consistence technology environment that minimized risk to our clients.
- Lead network related project for ASEAN Business unit from planning to completion. Ensure project execution is on-time and on-budget. Liaise with key stakeholders including Project owner, Pacific IT and Global IT for budget implications, Infrastructure, ensuring that all needs are delivered and expectations are met.
- Deliver the IT infrastructure operation, support and service delivery for Indonesia Region, which includes (but not limited to) data and voice network, and servers. Provide a stable and reliable IT infrastructure environment.
- Lead and provide desk-side support, collaborating with Pacific IT Team, SMC team, KO Service Desk team, and other 3rd level support team, on prevailing incident and issue for possible trending and analysis works to ensure future infrastructure and network high availability.
- Lead the efforts to improve and simplify internal processes, which include process and procedures documentation.
- Provide technical support for ASEAN Business Unit on data or voice networking issue. Participate in strategy development and implementation as needed align with Global standard.
- Manage local vendor relationships.
Functional Competencies
- Deep understanding on TCP/IP and data/ voice network infrastructure.
- Experienced in infrastructure support and operations, for client and server administration, especially under Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2000/2003 or 2008.
- Experienced in application support and operations, at minimum for MS-Office (including MS-Outlook).
- Experience in managing project with diverse team members, either from the functions or geographical locations.
- Experienced in implementing or working in ITIL Processes
- Highly motivated person with effective communication and problem solving skills.
Educational
- Degree graduate, preferably with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or a related technology field.
- Network certification, at minimum: CCNA
Experience / Other Requirements
- At least 6 years IT related work experience in the specified core competencies in a medium corporate or government organization including the area of:
- Network support and administration
- MS-Windows workstation and server support administration
- Use and support Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge on LAN and WAN networking technology and TCP/IP protocol, as well as various data/ voice network technologies is a must
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies is preferable
- PC and Server hardware troubleshooting is a must
- Fundamental knowledge of ITIL processes is preferable
- Customer or process oriented attitude
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, to work with definite functions.
- Proven project management skills, strong analytical analysis and problem solving skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
