Bio Farma is based in Bandung West Java and has strong reputation in Indonesia for more than 122 years. Originally registered as Parc Vaccinogene in 1890. PT Bio Farma (Persero) was launched in 1997. Bio Farma is supported by 2 plants, situated in Jl Pasteur Bandung for Production, R&D, Marketing and Administration and Cisarua Lembang plant for laboratory pet breeding and maintenance. Bio Farma reached significant performance in 2012 with managed to increase its net profit by 11 % to Rp 385 billion in 2012, according to Bio Farma Annual Rport 2012.
