- Possess Diploma 3 degree from State / Private University with accreditation score A or B
- Majoring in:

- Accounting

- Business Administration
- Business Secretary
- Taxation
- Minimum GPA 2.80 of 4.00 scale
- Maximum age 23 years old by January 1st, 2013
- Energetic, dedicated, ambitious and hard worker
- Willing to be placed throughout Perum Perumnas operational area
