- Possess Bachelor / Master degree from a leading and reputable State / Private university, preferably majoring in:
- Economics (Banking, Accounting and Development Studies)
- Law (Civil and Criminal)
- Computer Science / Information Management / Informatics Engineering
- Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Industrial, and Agricultural)
- Psychology
- Public Relations
- Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written
- Computer literate, at least Microsoft Office
- Not married and willing to not get married for 2 years
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Willing to undergo an official bond for 5 years
- Not having a family relationship with an employee of Bank BTN (parens / child / sibling)
