Business Process Staff
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  • Review branch business process including front liners and back office to be more efficient and effective.
  • Create or develop new business process for Business improvement.
  • Involved in system development projects for Business improvement.
  • Ensure the improvement work process being implemented in Branch.
  • Work closely with other business unit to ensure business process and system improvement covers Risk Management and Internal Control aspects.

Requirements:
  • Male/Female max. 27 years old.
  • Maximum 2 years experience in Banking/Business Process Improvement/Standard Operation Procedure development or system development, or audit operation.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT or Industrial Technology from reputable university.
  • Fluent in English and Computer Literate.
  • Knowledge and skill in Microsoft Visio is an advantage.
  • Team player with skills to meet business objectives.
  • Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • Male, max. 40 years old

  • Familiar with payment operation processes (RTGS, SKN, international funds transfer, collection, and BI reports)
  • Familiar with Loan Admin process, cash transaction (Teller), Customer Service, and General Affairs

  • Familiar with Indonesian Tax Regulation, PSAK (Indonesian Accounting Standard) and PAPI (Pedoman Akuntasi Perbankan Indonesia)
  • Familiar with external report to Bank Indonesia
  • Computer literate and good in operating MS-Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Good sense of Risk Awareness, Compliance and Integrity
  • Strong team leadership
  • Detail-oriented
  • Willing to be placed in Denpasar
