Job Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of mechanical system development in order to support the implementation of any mechanical engineering project
- Collect and analyze the information that related to mechanical engineering needs in order to map the mechanical engineering equipment development plan that will be used for Adaro Group
- Coordinate cross-discipline (civil work, electrical, etc.) to ensure the mechancial construction, rotating, piping, and static in accordance with the plan
- Making procedures of contruction, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures in accordance with mechanical engineetring project execution plan that has been created to support the implementation of the project.
- Examining materials related to mechanical contruction, rotating, piping and station in field including supporting files in accordance with the approved data sheet to ensure compliance with the approved specifications
- Review the changes or modifications to mechanical work, rotating, piping, and static to ensure the project can be implemented in accordance with the objectives and requirements that have been approved
- Control the quality of mechanical work such as rotating, piping and static to allign with approved design
- Control pre-commissioning work and commissioning to allign with the approved procedure

Demand Planner - Kalimantan Selatan
Job Responsibilities
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan customer domestik yang berdasarkan kontrak CIF/Cost Insurance Freight (pengiriman dengan menggunakan tongkang Adaro) maupun FOB/Free on Board (pengiriman dengan tidak menggunakan tongkang Adaro) mengenai penyusunan jadwal kedatangan tongkang batubara dengan mengacu kepada analisa kinerja pembongkaran di pelabuhan bongkar dan tonase yang ditargetkan.
- Mengevaluasi spesifikasi tongkang atau kapal yang dinominasikan oleh customer untuk memastikan tongkang atau kapal tersebut sesuai dengan standard atau kontrak.
- Menganalisa, merencanakan dan memonitor pengalokasian tongkang dengan tujuan Taboneo, IBT, dan customer domestik, kemudian mengkoordinasikan rencana tersebut agar dapat dilaksanakan sehingga kebutuhan batubara tercapai sesuai dengan target, kualitas (ash), spesifikasi serta meminimalkan demurrage cost.
- Menganalisa penyebab keterlambatan pemuatan batubara ke tongkang (delay for loading, barges at Kelanis) dan di pelabuhan bongkar customer untuk penjualan batubara berdasarkan CIF sehingga keterlambatan pemuatan batubara dapat diminimalkan di kemudian hari.
- Memonitor dan berkoordinasi dengan pihka-pihak terkait terhadap kinerja tongkang-tongkang pada saat pembongkaran di pelabuhan bongkar agar target perputaran tongkang dapat tercapai dan waktu tunggu kapal untuk dimuat tercapai sesuai target.
