General Requirements
- Possess Bachelor / Master degree graduates from any major except, Education, Art, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, Public Health Sciences and Nursing.
- Active in organizational activities, both within and outside of campus.
- Minimum GPA 3.01 for Bachelor's degree and 3.20 for Master's degree.
- Fluent in English both oral and written (minimum TOEFL score 500).
- Not married, maximum age 26 years old.
- Energetic, confident, good communication skills, highly motivated, and like the challenge.
- Willing is not married during the MDP education process.
- Willing to be placed in the BSM network throughout Indonesia.
- Computer literate minimum Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).

Pelaksana Unit Bisnis / Support
General Requirements
- Maximum age 27 years old.
- Minimum Diploma 3 graduate in any major.
- Minimum GPA 2.75 (Accreditation score A).
- Fresh Graduate or experienced.
- Preferably not married.
- Have a good personality.
- Be able to communicate persuasively.
- Highly motivated and enjoy the challenges.

Collateral Valuation Officer
General Requirements
- Minimum possess Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum GPA 3.01 for Bachelor's degree and 3.20 for Master's degree.
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in banking or finance related to valuation (appraisal).
- Have a minimum MAPPI-P certificate or have passed PDP2.
- Energetic, confident, good communication skills, highly motivated and enjoy the challenges.
- Computer literate minimum Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), Visual Basic, Adobe Flash and Dreamweaver.
- Frontliner (Customer Service & Teller)
General Requirements
- Maximum age 27 years old (experienced as a frontliner min 2 years), and maximum age 25 years old for fresh graduates.
- Minimum Diploma 3 graduate, preferably possess Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum GPA 2.75.
- Have an attractive appearance, and preferably not married.
- Energetic, confident, good communication skills, highly motivated and enjoy the challenges.
- Computer literate minimum Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Do not have a immediate family (parents / husband / wife, siblings) working as an employee of Bank Syariah Mandiri.
