Program Pengembangan Staf (PPS) BRI
- Program Pengembangan Staf (PPS) is a permanent employee recruitment pattern to prepare company's future leader cadres who are are able to deal with the increasingly business competition. In order to obtain a qualified cadre for company leaders, it must be supported by a recruitment system, education and training that is comprehensive, tiered and long term .
Qualifications
- Possess Bachelor (S1) / Master (S2) degree from reputable university with accreditation score A or B.
- Majoring in:
- PPS Umum: Economics, Law, Engineering, Agriculture Technology, Psychology, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Fisipol (only for Department of International Relations, Communications, Fiscal Administration, Trade Administration and State Administration), MIPA (only for the Department of Mathematics, Statistics)
- PPS Auditor: Economics, Law, Engineering, Agriculture, Fisipol (only for Fiscal Administration, Trade Administration and State Administration), MIPA (only for the Department of Mathematics, Statistics)
- PPS IT: Computer Science, Informatics Engineering
- Minimum GPA for Bachelor degree 3.00
- Minimum GPA for Master degree 3.25 with Bachelor degree GPA minimum 3.00
- Maximum 27 years old for Bachelor degree and 30 years old for Master degree
- Prioritized for those who have never been applying Program Pengembangan Staf (PPS) BRI before
- Willing to attend all selection stages
- Not married, and willing to not get married up to 1 year from appointed as BRI permanent employee
- Willing to be placed throughout BRI operational area in Indonesia or overseas
- Willing to sign a Letter of Agreement with BRI is accepted as a PPS BRI participant
Resident Auditor (RA) BRI
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as Auditor in Public Accounting Firm, Consulting Group Auditor; Auditor or Internal Auditor in Bank, or Financial Institutions
- Age below than 35 years old (not yet 35 years old when applying)
- Possess Bachelor (S1) or Master (S2) degree in Economic, Law, Engineering, FISIP (Trade Administration), Agriculture and Animal Husbandry from university with accreditation score A or B
- Minimum GPA for Bachelor degree 2.75 of 4.00 scale.
- Minimum GPA for Master degree 3.25 with Bachelor degree GPA minimum 2.75 of 4.00 scale
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be placed in any BRI branch throughout Indonesia; and preferably to be placed at a Branch Office in the Office of Inspection unit area in the region of applicant origin
Frontliners (FL)
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma 3 graduate any accredited faculty / department
- Graduated from State / Private University
- Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale
- Age between 20-25 years old (not yet passed 26th birthday)
- Not married, preferably domicile in the local area
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
Funding Officer (FO) - Marketing Funding
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma 3 graduate any accredited faculty / department
- Graduated from State / Private University
- Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale
- Maximum age 30 years old (not yet passed 31st birthday)
- Experienced in marketing / management preferably at banki funding (funding) minimum 1 year
- Have integrity and high initiative
- Have a relationship / networking
- Have good interpersonal communication skills
- Preferably domiciled in local area
Accounts Officer (AO) - Marketing Lending
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any accredited faculty / department
- Graduated from State / Private University
- Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale for fresh graduate candidate and 2.60 of 4.00 scale for experienced candidate
- Maximum age 25 years old (not yet passed 26th birthday) for fresh graduate candidate and 30 years old (not yet passed 31st birthday) for experienced candidate
- Preferably domiciled Jakarta area
- Willing to be placed in any BRI unit of Jakarta area
Accociate Priority Banking Officer (PBO)
Responsibilities
- Collecting information and data to compile a list of potential customers as a priority market target
- Serving and regularly communicate with existing customers and prospective potential customers, both formal and informal communication and build partnerships
- Perform the increasing usage priority banking products for existing customers and prospective potential customers
- Conduct cross sales (cross selling) Priority Banking products, as well as other banking products
Qualifications
- Bachelor / Master degree from an accredited university (reputable university)
- Experienced in priority banking
- Able to perform investment analysis and control of the various deposit instruments
- Mastery priority banking business and fund marketing
- Have integrity, disciplined, leadership, motivation and high sense of responsibility to achieving the target
Priority Banking Manager (PBM)
Responsibilities
- Prepare regular marketing activity plan based on economic potential and priority banking products business map in the working area
- Serving and regularly communicate with existing customers and prospective potential customers, both formal and informal communication and build partnerships
- Conduct cross sales (cross selling) Priority Banking products, as well as other banking products
- Prepare activity reports and evaluation of Branch Offices achievement regularly, weekly and monthly
- Coordinate and establish priority banking product marketing team, along with Accociate Priority Banking Officer
Qualifications

- Experienced in priority banking
- Experienced as a leader / head of priority banking
