Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring the production process of each department to run in accordance with the procedures and achieve the targets set, overcome the problems that arise, improvise the working system, and to monitor the implementation of 5S / K3 in the production area, and also perform the functions of human resource and budget control.
Qualifications
- Male / female, single, age max. 27 years old
- S1 / D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Operational Management
- Minimum GPA 2.80
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Proficient in English both written and spoken
- Preferably mastering AutoCAD, Catia or Master CAM, having SIM A and able to driving a car
- Able to work under pressure, facing the production target and in shift working system

Local Purchasing Staff - Karawang
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for dealing with local suppliers, monitor, plan and manage parts ordering / shipping schedules to meet the production department needs, conduct cost reduction analysis, and monitor and develop the Honda car parts quality, ensure local supplier capability to fulfill the Honda car part needs in accordance with standards that have been set.
Qualifications
- Male / female, single, age max. 27 years old
- S1 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Otomotive Engineering, Operational Management
- Minimum GPA 3.00.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

Material Service and Exim Staff - Karawang
Responsibilities
- Responsible for controlling all activities of CKD and local spare parts, as well as the supply parts delivery to production department in order to maintain the continuity of production process. Handle all parts storage, as well as monitor the reception part from the supplier. Deal with part and product export and import procedures as well as prepare the documents required.

- S1 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Otomotive Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Management
- Male / female, single, maximum age 27 years old.
- Minimum GPA 2.80
