PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) - Pelindo 2 or commonly known as Indonesia Port Corporation (IPC) is a reputable state-owned port operators in Indonesia, based in Jakarta and having 12 commercialized ports distributed in 10 provinces in the westren part of Indonesia. PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) was established in 1960 and fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. IPC supported by 2 business units, namely Tanjung Priok Car Terminal (TPT), and Port Training Centre (PPK). Indonesia Port Corporation also supported by 10 affilate companies. The Company managed to strengthen its financial performance in 2011 with booked total net income of Rp1.48 trillion, rose by 17.68% from Rp1.26 trillion in 2010, accroding to their Annual Report 2011.
