4.	Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap yang dinyatakan oleh Surat Keterangan Kepolisian.
5.	Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/Anggota TNI/Polri, atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta.
6.	Berbadan sehat jasmani dan rohani.
7.	Mampu mengoperasikan komputer minimal Word Prosesor, Spread Sheet, Internet dan Email.

Pesyaratan Khusus

1.	Lulusan Sarjana Strata 1/Diploma 4 dan Lulusan Diploma 3 (D-3) Perguruan Tinggi dengan Akreditas Program Studi minimal B serta IPK minimal 3,00 dalam skala 4.

Maintenance Inspector / Property Clerk - Medan

Basic Function of Position

• This is a mixed position with maintenance and property responsibilities. Serves as the lead maintenance person for APP Medan, the incumbent is responsible for inspecting facilities and planning and overseeing emergency repairs, necessary / requested upgrades and preventive maintenance. Qualifications Required
