Syarat-Syarat:

1. Warga Negara Indonesia, beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, pria dan wanita bukan prajurit TNI, Polri, Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS),berusia sekurang-kurangnya 17 tahun 9 bulan dan setinggi-tingginya 22 tahun pada saat pembukaan pendidikan tanggal 1 Agustus 2013.
2. Berijazah SMA/MA program IPA (bukan paket C) dengan nilai rata-rata akhir (gabungan nilai UN dengan nilai US) tidak kurang dari 7,25 dan tidak ada nilai yang kurang dari 6,00 atau kelas 12 dengan nilai rata-rata rapor semester satu tidak kurang dari 7,50 dan sudah terdaftar sebagai peserta UAN,Belum pernah menikah dan sanggup tidak menikah selama dalam pendidikan pertama, Bersedia menjalani Ikatan Dinas Pertama (IDP) selama 10 tahun saat dilantik menjadi Letnan Dua dan bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh NKRI, Memiliki tinggi badan sekurang-kurangnya 165 cm (Pria) dan 160 cm (Wanita) serta memiliki berat badan seimbang.
3. Sehat jasmani dan rohani, tidak bertato/bekas bertato dan tidak bertindik maupun bekasnya, tidak butawarna dan tidak berkacamata
4. Memiliki KTP dan Kartu Keluarga (KK) Sesuai dengan tempat pendaftaran yang terdekat
5. Calon hanya dibenarkan mendaftar disatu tempat pendaftaran
